Bourbon Cask Finish Brandy

10,5 years ago some beautiful Western Cape wine was distilled and barrelled in the sleepy town of Grabouw. There it laid and softly rested. Maturing into a delectable, tart and rounded Cape Brandy over 10 summers and 10 winters before we adopted it into our seaside barrel room.

In its new home, an old Tiny Batch barrel, we sang softly to it each night as it merged with the caramel and vanilla American oak for one final winter and one final summer.

A luxurious homage to the Wild African Fire. This limited release merges Burnt Orange and Sage, smoked over smouldering Rooikrans wood and then infused into this unique and very special edition of Ugly Gin to embody a crackling fire on a starlit, summer evening in the bush.

It's smokey, its juicy, its burnt and it's Ugly.

This Toasted Mallow Moonshine is infused with real toasted marshmallows. Sweet, smooth and oh so fun. This liquid is destined to be your after dinner dessert sipper!

Nothing too fancy. Bottle in the fridge for a couple of hours. Then take it out and pop it on the table with a few small glasses and enjoy a sweet treat and some gossip.

We've crafted a WILD CAPE VERMOUTH with our friends at The Blacksmith Wines. 

It’s an honest collaboration between a winemaker, a distiller and the scenic, botanically rich land they call home.

Pop this little pouch in the freezer if you can, then when you are ready simply empty this pouch into a tumbler with ice. Stir/Shake/Jiggle to get everything nice and cold. Negronis are traditionally garnished with an orange rind, but we prefer squeezing the hell out of an 8th of a grapefruit. Now kick back & enjoy.

Either pour this pouch over lots of ice and stir for a good 20 sec OR shake with ice in a shaker and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with some passion fruit pulp and a chaser of sparkling wine if you want the full Porn Star Martini experience.

Pop this little pouch in the freezer if you can, then when you are ready simply empty this pouch into a shaker/jar with ice. Shake super well for 15 sec to get everything nice, cold and hopefully frothy. Strain into a fancy glass and garnish with a couple coffee beans if you want to impress. Now lift that pinky and enjoy in style.
