Learn the theory of distillation and recipe development, before distilling your very own bottle of gin on our one-of-a-kind glass stills.
While your gin is distilling away, you'll enjoy a tasting of the Pienaar & Son gin range accompanied by Fitch n Leedes tonic.
You will end up bottling and labelling your very own bottle of Gin and walking away with a goodie bag filled with tonic water and a 15% off voucher to the Pienaar & Son store.
*The Experience for Two offers a couple the opportunity to share the still and recipe. Both partners will receive all of the above items individually, but they will share the recipe and distillation with each other (but make twice as much), so each of their bottles of gin will essentially taste the same :)
**Due to the limited capacity of Gin School, rescheduling is possible up to 2 days before your scheduled class. A 100% cancellation fee will apply to cancellations less than 48 hours before the class.

Enjoy a beautiful Pienaar & Son gin cocktail on arrival and excitedly mingle.

How to build a recipe that both reflects your personality and tastes delicious. Let's get our hands dirty.

It's time to shine! Let's fire up the stills and watch your botanicals slowly infuse into your very own gin.
5. P&S TASTING
The distillation will take about an hour, so to help pass the time we will do a tasting of our 4 flagship gins with a Fitch n Leedes Indian tonic water. Here is also your chance to ask all those burning questions.
6. BOTTLING & RELAX
We will dilute your gin to drinking strength, taste how well you did and get your delicious spirit into bottle.
Then the tasting room will be open for you to enjoy another cocktail or to shop our retail shelf with your 15% discount. Hopefully you've made some friends too and can exchange numbers :)
