Limonetta is our take on a Mediterranean-style aperitif — a gin-based, lemon-forward drink built around the things we love about aperitivo culture: citrus, bitterness, balance and good food.

We use real lemon for its bright, zesty character and natural citrus freshness. It gives Limonetta its lively backbone and keeps the drink feeling vibrant rather than heavy.

Then comes a little South African olive oil.

It might sound unusual in a drink, but that's exactly why we love it. The olive oil helps soften the edges of the citrus and brings a subtle richness to the palate, giving Limonetta its distinctive smooth, rounded mouthfeel.

The gin provides the spirit and structure underneath it all, while a carefully balanced bitterness keeps the finish dry and makes you want to take another sip.

The result is bright, bitter, smooth and incredibly refreshing.
