Nomari is our bittersweet take on the classic aperitivo — bold, complex and unmistakably South African. Inspired by the strange beauty of the Tankwa Karoo, where bitter and sweet, heat and cold, and life and nothingness exist side by side.

And because we don't think you need alcohol to have a good drink, Nomari comes in two versions: 20% ABV or 0% ABV.

A grown-up non-alcoholic aperitivo with plenty of bitterness, spice and complexity. Apple cider vinegar brings the sharp backbone, grapefruit adds bright citrus, while African wormwood, rooibos, sage, rosemary and buchu bring earthy, herbal depth.

It's deliberately not sweet. It's deliberately not fizzy. And it's definitely not a soft drink.

Best served: Over ice with tonic or soda and a wedge of orange.

As a non-drinker, I think I have gone through every single non alcoholic drink on the market, that is not a sweet fizzy soda or cordial. I am not a fan of sweet or fizzy. Nothing beats Nomari 0%. I am so glad I found this drink. Bitter and spicy, no fizz. My favorite is just over ice. Finally a grown up, non alcoholic drink that doesn’t make me feel like I’m at a kids party.
