OK, BUT WHAT IS MOONSHINE?
Moonshine is like whisky, just unaged!
The same raw grain spirit used to make whisky is steeped in a tank as opposed to a barrel, so is unaffected by any wood maturation. It can be characterised as perfume-like and has a grain dominant flavour profile.

Toasted Mallow Moonshine with a special lemon foam
10KGS OF MARSHMALLOWS?! YIP!
🔥 We toast A LOT of marshmallows and add them to a tank of clear spirit (the same spirit used in our Tiny Batch Whiskey)
⏳ We let the spirit gently rest in marshmallows and oakwood for 10 days
🍬 We then add syrup and dilute the spirit down to 30% alcohol
💗 We filter the moonshine and individually fill each bottle
