Dessert. In a bottle.
We took real marshmallows, toasted them until they're golden and caramelised, and infused them into our moonshine.
The result is sweet, silky and ridiculously fun — with all the nostalgic goodness of a toasted marshmallow, but with a 30% ABV kick.
This isn't a serious after-dinner spirit.
It's the bottle you bring out when dinner is done, the plates are cleared and nobody is quite ready to go home.
Nothing fancy required.
Pop the bottle in the fridge for a couple of hours. Take it out. Put it on the table with a few small glasses.
Then pour, sip and let the gossip begin.
It's smooth enough to drink neat, sweet enough to feel like dessert and fun enough that you'll probably end up pouring another one.
No ice. No garnish. No cocktail shaker. No rules.
Just good friends, something sweet and a little moonshine.
METHOD:
🔥 We toast A LOT of marshmallows and add them to a tank of clear spirit (the same spirit used in our Tiny Batch Whiskey).
⏳ We let the spirit gently rest in marshmallows and oakwood for 10 days.
🍬 We then add syrup and dilute the spirit down to 30% alcohol.
💗 We filter the moonshine and individually fill each bottle
