HOW TO DRINK IT
STORY-1.jpg__PID:7b64a2f5-230a-465a-a4bb-95a9f4a2c065

18 YEARS TO GROW.
6 MONTHS TO PERFECT.

Yuzu is a rare citrus fruit that falls somewhere between a lemon and a naartjie. Bright, aromatic, and complex, it takes 18 years to grow from seed to fruit, which is far longer than your average citrus.

We’ve been obsessed with yuzu for a while, so we spent six months perfecting our own take on Yuzushu - a Japanese-inspired liqueur that’s zesty, smooth, and crafted to let yuzu shine.

Traditionally, Yuzushu is made by steeping yuzu in clear alcohol and sugar. We took it further and crafted something with local twist for extra depth, balance and a smoother mouthfeel. Drink it neat, on ice or with tonic water.

Some things take time. This one was worth it.
